Raptors need to get aldama or zubac
Memphis seems to be who the Raptors are connected to, there is a guy on Memphis Cam Spencer with a .459 3 point percentage so something small to get that guy, guy has a cheap salary. If your going bigger with Poetl go after Santi Aldama. Send Poetl, Grady and Battle with our 2027 First Rounder to Memphis for Aldama, Spencer and GG Jackson. The money works helps Memphis tank more for higher pick this year and they have our 2027 next year. Memphis has stated they are only attached to Edey and Coward. They could give Poetl the time as well to heal they dont need him right now

Yves Missi for a first round pick, which would likely be 15-25 makes sense to me. The guy is young and could develop alongside Barnes while also making an immediate impact
Warriors spending into the tax, new york spending into the tax, lakers, celtics, Cleveland all spending. Raptors are not the buy a championship type of team.
I don’t understand why cp3 can’t play here. We have no center and not 1 legit pg. lastnite was evidence of that. Did well against Rudy to be fair, but the shed RJ and quickly turnovers lost us a big game. CP could help shed develop. Still reeling form lastnight. Sorry for the rant

Just meh for me on the deadline so far. I do hate Ochai coming here for a first then using a 2nd to get off his $. That is dumb but we didn't mortgage the future on bad players so eh. Time will tell if they add a back up big and we under the tax, fix up contracts and make smarter trades in summer
This is such a meh team….Does anyone have any confidence the Raptors are nothing more than a first round out this season? Barnes is great, but other than that, just a meh team
We need Yves. We need a young shot blocking 5 that can develop with the young core. Keep Jak for now and use Trayce as a deep rotational player to fill in at 4 or 5. But for the love of god get us a damn promising 7 footer. Give them a 2027 first or something. If we see a player that makes sense for our team just grab them instead of always banking on the draft. Missi has that shot blocking athleticism and mobility that makes sense for our teams pace.

When FVV and OG left, Jakob Poeltl fleezed the raptors and told them he was not taking his player contract and knew he had them over the fire.. He screwed us. I strongly believe this Back"injury" will be resolved as soon as the trade window is closed.. . He continues to screw us.. How many first did we give up and how much did we over pay him.. Unbelievable. We cant trade him when his value is the lowest and he knows this. Get him out of here this summer..

This trade deadline has been horrible, yes we got under the luxury tax but TJD is NOT the answer we were looking for. Unless make make another trade of either Jacob or RJ to acquire an actual 7 footer, then my opinion will change. As of rn it’s a D+
