7 footers with handles and zero personal drama is making small guards with ongoing attitude problems radioactive. Given what he has shown us over the last 4 years, on and off court, what is the upside of taking a chance on Ja? I just don't see it.

Ask yourself, "Has an athletic PG ever won?" Athletic PGs do not win chips in the NBA. Ja, Westbrook, John Wall, Steve Francis, Baron Davis, etc. Aside from Westbrook, they have a few good years only & then fall off. Ja peaked early in his career, but just never got better. Too bad Derrick Rose's career got cut short, he might've been one of a kind if he stayed healthy. Then again, that's the thing with them, it's hard for them to stay healthy & none of them are great at shooting. Perk is right though, nobody wanting Ja should be a wakeup call for him to get his act together.
