The fact that we didn't even commit to pivoting to Ja at least is unreal. It was so obvious that we weren't getting Giannis. We should've just moved quickly to get Ja and maybe a backup center either by trade or if we wait till the buyout.
It's just funny at this point. The smart thing to do now would be to tank and try to get a great pick in the draft, but we're the Miami Heat. We don't do logic anymore. Another play-in culture season.

Miami is going to be like Sacramento stuck in the middle. Picks aren’t high enough and free agents aren’t coming there unless you have a superstar. Miami has to be like Cleveland and trade for stars. All teams are trading stars before they walk for free. Get into the new millennium.
