Nikola Jokić delivered yet another historic performance, finishing with 22 points, 14 rebounds, and 17 assists to record a triple-double and lead the Denver Nuggets to a 136–120 win over the Chicago Bulls.
With the performance, Jokić passed Oscar Robertson (181) to move into second place on the NBA’s all-time triple-doubles list. Denver improves to 34-19 on the season, while Chicago falls to 24-29.

Jokic is a really talented player, but comparing today's players' stats with those of other eras is a non-starter. NBA rules have changed so much that defense is barely an afterthought anymore. That — and refs seem to have forgotten there's a rule against traveling. (136-120? 😂 C'mon.) Don't get me wrong; I think Jokic would have been one of the best in any decade, but the numbers wouldn't be the same. Given the soft-on-defense rules, I think his blocks and steals are just as impressive as his offensive stats.
Yet Shay will be MVP 🤦🤦♀️🤦♂️
And he's not arguing with teammates "stealing" his rebounds like Westbrook did
