Warriors’ Porzingis PROBLEM: โ€˜Steph Expected Giannis, Got Chipotle!โ€™

Perk uses an all-time analogy to describe the Warriors’ trade deadline: Steph expected Mastro’s (Giannis) but got Chipotle (Porzingis). The crew breaks down why Kuminga to Atlanta is a perfect fitโ€”he gets the runway to develop while the Hawks become the most athletic team in the league. Rich explains why Kuminga’s style didn’t match Golden State’s timeline, and Perk warns that Steph doesn’t have time to wait on Porzingis’s health issues.

  1. They have no window with steph as the best player lol. Why draft all those guys to just move them away? If they were jn win mode why did they tank or not get past the 8th seed last 4 years?

  2. I can't keep watching this perk disrespect. I get that he says some crazy things, but let's be professionals and respect our peers. Its a reflection of the two of you as well. You all be out of pocket smh. If you plan to keep clowning him, don't invite him on the show smh. Yall are straight Road "Trippn" ๐Ÿ˜‚. #cringe #bad business

  3. If he doesn't get a better handle, and doesn't fix the problem with his bad hands, and if he doesn't learn how to shoot free throws the same way every time he ain't never going to amount to anything more than another disappointing athletic small forward. This guy should have been getting nine to 11 rebounds per game but he's more interested in scoring. I love his athleticism but the guy has barely improved in the 5 years he's been in the league.

  4. I'm still waiting for the rabid dog of Jordan poole to be unleashed ever since leaving the warriors…… wasn't he suppose to look like prime houston rockets james harden on the wizards ๐Ÿ˜‚

Kuminga is about to be the next kyle kuzma

  5. The point was, the warriors NEEDED somebody who was what theyโ€™re explaining JK was growing to be. They didnโ€™t win dnping him, so why would you not have afforded him the minutes he needed so he could be a younger, (hopefully) healthier, (DEFINITELY) more athletic Jimmy Butler?

If they let him take his lumps and continue to bless him with the knowledge they had to help him master the mental side of the game

  6. TJD literally was getting DNP for the warriors first game on the raptors he had 10 pts and 10 rebounds in 15 minutes. This guy couldnโ€™t see the floor in Kerrs loosing system. His guy is not the person that should be giving scouting reports to other teams. Smh

  7. โ€œStop touching me.โ€ ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿคฃ

I swear their names could be more perfect for that scenario because Richard behaved like such a little brother when his big brother, Big Perk, touched him. Hilarious.

  8. That wouldnโ€™t matter with a good coach!Podz is awful he plays 30 minutes a game.Itโ€™s not about a system with a good coach.

  9. Also, you could tell Richardson, Jefferson does a consistently watch the Warriors. Heโ€™s just regurgitating information. thatโ€™s the point they didnโ€™t try hard enough to give Jonathan Kuminga playing time. They do that with all their young players thatโ€™s why they are in the position. They are in now.

  10. Watching these young Warriors play, it is very noticeable now that Steph and Jimmy are out that they play more freely. Their decision making is no longer paralyzed. It's not just a constant hunt to find Steph open and pass to him exclusively, or wait around while Jimmy holds the ball. (Which by the way, are two of the best basketball plays you can make).

I wish I could see more from Kuminga with this lineup. When he went on that 8-game 20pt+ streak Steph was out for some of it and there was no Jimmy. It's that environment that got people hyped on his talent.

  11. Kuminga had ALL the opportunity to develop his skills and adapt to the style of play. He had the perfect veteran group to learn from on the Dubs (Green, Butler, and Curry), and his game looks the same as when he first came into the league. The Dubs would have been better sending him to Miami instead of Wiggins in that Butler trade.

  12. This show makes us not like Richard. He forever gonna defend wrong! Canโ€™t develop JK but can develop the other young players. Anyone Rich has a relationship with, heโ€™s gonna defend hard asf instead of being honest
