It seems like he is taking a lot of the blame for the bad stretch we had. I think there may have been a crash out with him and someone else in the locker room during the players only meeting. That's the ONLY rational explanation I can think of because he wasnt even the worst player during that time.
We need Jose, Mikael, OGUGUA, Mitch, JC minutes. There's your 4 great defenders so JC can be himself and cook.
Some of these dudes talk just to get it out there but for those who know JC is that dude scoring wise and he can make an impact on any giving night once Brown stop bullshytting wid his mins. Put him out there and let him get his buckets bc its guaranteed pts, trust and belive. They talking about defense, Brunson doesn't play defense but get his pts up so show the same energy when you talk about pts score and defense with Clarkson. He can score and its proven in all of his career as a ballplayer. Watch the player play and criticizing !!!

This is a good problem to have. It everybody is healthy and playing well there won’t be enough minute to go around. He just needs to stay ready for when he’s called on. He’s been a bench player most of his career. He knows the job.
They shhould have traded him. Bottom 10 defender. We can't afford that luxury. Lotta people can get bucks on this team.
Clarkson should not be complaining bc Leon Rose only picked him up as a favor to Rich Paul.

Jordan clapping back at us nerdy normals looks weak. The man is part of the top 1% of athletes in the whole fkn world, but still catching feelings from us keyboard warriors. It could be just the fit, as was Yabu’s situation. Both had high expectations coming into the season. Yabu got paid more than Jordan, and played less than Clarkson. Gotta respect Yabu for keeping his frustrations in check. No doubt Clarkson can score, but when the team’s fully healthy, off the bench it’s Duece > Shamet > Alvarado >/= Jordan, depending on match ups. Fanduel is underrating Detroit imo.
Let’s be real. This is triggered by the trade for Alvarado and his performance against the Celtics in his first game. Those are Clarkson minutes and he knows it!
My assessment on Clarkson so far that he’s not getting consistent minutes because he hasn’t been consistent! Cause and effect! When he’s going good, he’s good. When he’s not, he takes bad shots and makes bad decisions. Bad shots happen but it’s his decision making that I’m not happy with.
Clarkson has got to figure it out and earn the minutes he receives. If he wants more, then earn it! The Knicks are not just running away from every opponent. Brown doesn’t have a lot of rope to give players off of the bench if they’re not effective. I haven’t spent a lot of time breaking down Clarkson’s game but there are times when he forces things and that’s when he’s ineffective. He looks like he’s playing street ball and it doesn’t pass the eyeball test.

The two wins nine losses recently had nothing to do with Clarkson. It had to do with the MB and KAT Plus a lot of injuries. Clarkson is a valuable player that needs to be used in the right spots and not trashed.
The final step for this year's roster is the buyout player. I'm for a big. I'm not sure which one but that's what they need now no more guards.
I never understand with the players. If your team is winning with or without you what does it matter? Team play and dynamic is what counts the most. All this glory ball is a reason of players don't have chips on their resume. I could understand if your were losing by a lot and didn't give you a shot at all to see if you could mix things up a bit. Glory Ball is the No 1 chip killer. Clarkson is good for the team I believe in but these guys have to acknowledge that their great but if they really want a chip it isn't about them anymore but the team. Those teams with that mindset are the only true contenders. I hope they could get over themselves and get it together.
I'm sorry but I must say in the beginning I had high hopes for Clarkson but now after seeing him play these games on the first half of the season back in my prime I'm telling you I would have locked him down he's garbage I can call every move he does when he gets into the paint fall back baby jumper floater fade away same thing repeatedly one game after the other so until he can change his gaming style and learn how to pass because it's not just him out there on the court then he can talk trash to us fans.
To have Clarkson out there with four good defenders that means you’re benching Brunson and Kat at the same time. I don’t think that’s gonna happen.
Clarkson holds the ball too long on offense. He is best catch and shoot with one or 2 dribbles. Like he did in the cup. His defense is not good enough need to get better.
Agree he is not went to Knicks a great defender he is a great Shooter better to trade in to other team
