All tanking teams should be punished by losing 5 spots in the draft order. That will stop them from tanking. If you finish 1 and you tank, you can't get higher than the #6 pick.
As a fan I agree with Joe, the Jazz system of tanking is the more preferred method.

I think every individual on here including Joe that is complaining about the Grizzlies losing is foolish at best and stupid at worst. The Memphis Grizzlies have only been successful building the team through the draft. It is also necessary for any winning team to have an all NBA player on its roster. Unless you are a large market the NBA is not helping you get a franchise player. You must do it through the draft. which in the NBA, unlike every other sport doesn't guarantee the best pick to the worst team. I want a championship contending team. Whatever needs to be done to grant that opportunity, I support. I wish Grizzlies fans would be fans. Win or lose. This is what true fans do.
Parking is $20 minimum and food is about the same per person.
I agree on silver , Memphis has a chance to be really great. We have when starters are all playing a good team. But not good enough to get to the wcf so since players aren’t choosing to come , the draft is the only option. Keep Ja let ty Jerome do his thing, keep GG improving, let Spencer snipe, let Edey dominate and watch Cedric have that sophomore jump. Now cross your fingers we get Wilson in the draft and he will make us forget JJJ.

15:35 logistically Memphis is the only Western Conference team east of the Mississippi River. Instead of moving Minnesota to the east, I would suggest 1 more game against the Bucks, Bulls and Pacers and Pistons…
