If Purdue would have just made their free throws this would have never gone to OT.
First play of the game pretty much was how it was called. Obvious and 1 not called. Nebraska has officially taken the torch as the dirtiest home court in the B1G. Only time Purdue got a call was when the refs HAD to put Purdue on the line to extend the game. Too bad their dirty home court chefs didn't figure out their recipes for home cooking until the last couple minutes in regulation. If they had called it fairly Purdue would have lost since they couldn't make a foul shot this game. The best calls though were the dozen phantom calls they handed Nebraska when they missed shots. Nebraska should be ashamed for trying to cheat their way to victory. I bet this cost their boosters a fortune greasing the refs pockets.
I KNOW NEBRASKA HAS LOST 3 OUT OF THERE LAST 4 BUT THIS GAME WAS TIGHT AT THE END!! HUSKERS HAD A HORRIBLE START!! STILL 21-3!! THIS SHOULD BE THE LAST MAJOR CHALLENGE IN THE REGULAR SEASON SCHEDULE!! HUSKERS HAVE 7 GAMES LEFT!! HUSKERS SHOULD BE ABLE TO WIN AT
LEAST 4 OF THOSE!! NORTHWESTERN, PENN STATE, MARYLAND AND USC!! IOWA ALWAYS GIVES THE HUSKERS FITS, 2. GAMES WITH THEM!! 1 GAME WITH UCLA, THAT'S A TOSS UP GAME!! WORST THE HUSKERS COULD BE IS 21-10, REGULAR SEASON!! THEY CAN STILL PICK UP SOME WINS IN THE BIG TEN TOURNEY AS WELL!! HUSKERS NEED TO GET ALL OF THIS LOSING OUT OF THEIR SYSTEM NOW!! Nebraska sure impressed me. Did they have more white players than Purdue? For good teams, thats tyipically only Purdue, Duke ane BYU. Hopefully we get a rematch in one of the tornaments coming up.
