Matas is at risk of becoming just an average off the bench player instead of a star. This franchise don't care about rising stars.
I'm French and I've supported the Bulls since 1991. Back then, I'd buy five starters, and I'd have the life-size poster of the GOAT with the rule about his 1 meters 98" height and his tongue-out dunk. Today, I'm 2 meters 05" and 49 years old. When I see what the Bulls have become, my heart bleeds. But this isn't a new problem. Management missed out on O'Neal back in his Magic days before he left for the Lakers, and the same with Kobe in 2006. It makes you wonder what this management is doing. I dare to hope that this mess is hiding a major payroll reduction in order to attract a Giannis at the end of the season, another All-Star, and build around them? But I doubt it when you see the progress of other franchises; even the Wizards have made some great trades. Let's hope the tanking pays off in the draft, but I highly doubt it. The Bulls have become the Cows, and it's truly sad when you see that iconic presentation with the Sirius theme and the destruction of the opposing team's bus. The glory days are long gone, and I fear this will continue for a long time. They need a new owner to buy the franchise and restore its legendary status. The Thunder are an example of a complete overhaul to reach the top of the NBA. And yet, they started with a magical trio: Durant, Westbrook, and Harden. Sorry for my english i use translate google.

It’s a losing battle. I’ve been deep in the bulls community for 20+ years. Every single forum you can think off.
The bulls are top 5 in the most toxic fanbases in the nba and not because they trash talk its that they are borderline delusional. They’ll never admit a bad player was drafted, or one of our players is bad, or that we suck. AK can spit on these peoples drink and they’ll still talk about “WOW SEE RED we winning”
They’ll buy tickets even if AK went up to the mic and said “I don’t care about this team”

The GM is terrible…he has reshuffled three teams with bad decisions…terrible…kudos to you for being honest…I also think the coach sucks…rolls the balls out and lets them play..no time outs to stop momentum, no match up changes…no defensive schemes
