idk y ppl thought u could be the best player in the worled js not caring a cent disrespectful to the rest of the league
good on jok tho 🔥🔥
lots of misconceptions about jokic. people calling him "not athletic" is one too. Endurance and Coordination are just as much athletic qualities as quickness and strength are. Most coordinated athlete at that size, propably in the history of sports. He's a monstrous athlete.
He just doesn't like the media aspect to the NBA. He loves basketball, he's just not performative
he hates the media
That's one thing about life. People will think they have you figured out or know you completely as a person. But they don't see the work you put in behind the scenes or what else got going on.
He needs the money to pay for the best horses. Got to work hard to finance those jockeys.
he does love basketball, he does care about it and he is competitive. very competitive, but only in the sense of WINNING. also, basketball is not what defines him, it’s just one of the things he cares about in life, and it’s certainly NOT on the top of the list of important things in life. but he applies himself to 100% of himself to training and being better. his endurance and durability is top top. he may not jump highest or run fastest but he jumps with same intensity and runs fast as he can for the whole time on court. that’s also athletic
You can’t be the best player in the world and not care
jokic is great at his job. he just loves horses more.
No, he cries literally every single play.
For three days now I’ve seen MPJ stroking the Joker on these shorts!! Wtf
the myth that he doesn't care about basketball makes his aura greater tbh cuz there be people evein people who played in the NBA who are like "he cares more about horses than his 9-5 basketball job". like imagine getting dominated by an MVP caliber level player but he is barely trying. that's almost worse
Mpj is my 2nd fav player in nba behind jokic. this guy really gets it
To me, it looks like he doesn't care about the spectacle. The media stuff. Some people seem to think that because you aren't loudly mouthing off, it means he doesn't care about the game.
