Best offensive team of 2023 to worst team if 2026…. crazy times
Easy, fire the coach, make boneheaded signings, trade players for zero value and have the worst ownership in professional sports. Rinse and repeat. The fact they were actually good was the surprise with so many deficiencies in this organization.
Plain and simple its the ownership.
I told people to shut up about DeAaaro Fox. Too bad now.
Would’ve been better off letting Fox walk for free over getting Lavine.
It’s not even worth watching 😂😂😂
You didn’t have to trade him at that time, even if Alfa Fox turned into beta Fox, it didn’t matter. Such a bad trade, and everyone… EVERYONE knew it.
Memphis torn it all down once they determined Ja wasn’t the guy to build around. The Kings are doing the same except their big contract players have no trade value. Sabonis, Monk, Lavine never made as much money before their current contracts. They are all getting paid twice what they’re worth. Zubac is getting $20 million versus Sabonis’ $40 million. And Zubac protects the rim.
Between the incompetency of Monte McNair, the meddling ownership, and the sabotage of DeAron Fox it was the perfect storm. They should have just ridden it out. I know they were concerned about not getting value for Fox, but that trade was like the Titanic running into an iceberg Lavine was a subtraction by addition and was a terrible decision.
