Idk about this one, Clarkson is a great player he just happens to be in a spot where there is just too much talent on the bench that he's not getting much time and probably won't unless someone gets hurt. But I would much rather see a Hukporti trade than a Clarkson one. I get why the front office might do it, it makes sense on paper, but I think they should only do this if Clarkson is on board. Like if he is unhappy and looking to play more minutes then I think he should pursue that opportunity but if not he should definitely stay on the team. We wouldn't have won that cup without him.

The Knicks don’t have what it takes to win the championship. They can’t even beat the Pistons who are super young.
Clarkson was given plenty of opportunity upon his arrival. He's strictly a scorer, not a combo or playmaker. Unfortunately the Knicks are not a good fit for him. Nobody is going to spell JB for more then 1 to 2 minutes at a time. I think Clarkson is definitely a good scoring player, but the knicks need what Jalen Brunson does not supply consistently which is a combination of Ball movement and defense. Remember, good to great defense provides offense too!

Lest we forget, in the NBA Cup Finals against the Spurs, Jordan Clarkson was a key contributor off the bench with 15 points shooting 42% for 3s and I don't think we would've won the Cup without him.
