The Sixers lose to the Hawks 117-107. The first game back from the All-Star break and Joel Embiid missed his 3rd consecutive game. Paul George is still out for awhile with the suspension. Tyrese Maxey and VJ Edgecombe look exhausted and the team just isn’t that good without their max players, especially on the defensive end. Jalen Johnson dropped 32 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals. The refs were horrendous and called 50 total fouls. Nick Nurse did not draw up any plays in the 4th quarter. Can we address the elephant in the room. This team was shaky before the deadline, but now that after the front offense gave the players their ass to kiss at the deadline, the players and most of the fans have checked out. This season is over.
