  1. If I had to rank those possible prospects for Miami in terms of who I would be most intrigued to draft to least, this would be my order:

    1. Darius Acuff Jr. (Unrealistic)
    2. Labaron Philon Jr. (Unrealistic)
    3. Tounde Yessoufou
    4. Koa Peat
    5. Brayden Burries
    6. Thomas Haugh
    7. Braylon Mullins
    8. Cameron Carr
    9. Yaxel Lendeborg
    10. Bennett Stirtz

  2. Because of the situations we currently see, I understand the rule about not getting a top pick after getting to the conference finals. Idk if I like it or not, but I understand.

The most likely scenario for this is what we're currently looking at. Key player gets injured. Top team is terrible. They earn a top pick. Now you have a healthy season with a top tier team, and they were just gifted a top prospect because of a short term bad luck. That top prospect should've gone to an actual bad team. Granted, 2 years removed from a conference final is HARDLY a guarantee that you'll be a good team again. Too much changes when you're out of the hunt for a year. Sooo… idk… I see where it makes sense. I just don't know. 50/50

  3. I love the top 4 rule as well. The fact that the heat in 35 years has had 3 top 4 picks is a disgrace. Especially since 2 of those top 4 picks were in our first and second year as an organization. So, 1 top 4 pick in the last 33 years. That's a freakin joke.

  4. The one adding play-in teams will encourage teams to get there then throw the game for a pick. Might as well get rid of the play in and give the bottom picks of the lottery to the ones who just missed out
