As a Nuggets fan we didn’t create a dynasty because our owners were too cheap to get good players. We regressed after our title run by letting KCP walk and not making good moves to get depth. The culture wasn’t what this OKC team has though, and I’m glad (some) people are finally giving Thunder more credit. Awesome video!
Honestly Cowherd is right, most NBA "fans" don't actually like quality basketball. They like narratives, drama, and flashy highlights. Social media and talking heads like him have created this though.
You are nailing it, big media and the coastal elites really drive the weirdest narratives in the nba. They don’t do this with football at all. They’ll talk about Green Bay and Kansas City and never mention those tiny markets in the nfl. It’s exhausting and makes me appreciate guys like you that just talk hoops
