Look Ballmer has successfully uncured the Clippers franchise with Jerry West's help, if you punish Ballmer to keep him out of the arena then you gotta take West off the logo too and you don't want that.

I know that it hurts him, personally, but this comes off very lame as punishment. The team needs to be punished. Maybe, if it's seen as cap circumvention, there needs to be some punishment on their cap.. there you go.
