This would leave no doubt that the knicks can definitely beat the pistons and the celtics and cavs in a series however I don’t see this deal happening unfortunately

There is no way we could sign him anyway since he makes more than that $15M threshold to a vet minimum deal I would assume that would still be in place even if he was deemed to be an FA immediately like being bought out rules would still apply regardless I am sure.
Don't know where this channel gets its stories from, but they are mostly false. And when the Knicks do make a deal, it's always "No one saw this coming." Yeah, because people who report NBA rumors make stuff up daily. This channel will throw out other names in the next day or so. Not saying this channel is the origin of these made-up rumors, but they routinely and enthusiastically report on them. They could be so much better.
I heard Frazier is coming out of retirement. The Knicks would be the favorite to win the east and the Championship. Walt's stats are off the charts. If the front office could unretire his jersey could get it done but I think they could pull it off.

Don't need a low effort, non winning player, who does nothing to make his teammates better. Let him fade away and continue building our team in the image of the City they represent! Tough, committed, gritty, uplifting of each other, locked in on defense. Leonard wouldn't know the first thing about any of those qualities. Additionally, the Pess in NYC would crush his fragile psyche. He's not the answer for a winning organization.
