  1. Jalen Hood-Schifino hasn’t played an actual basketball game ANYWHERE since last season (he was cut by the Sixers G-league team last season.)

There have been many busts before but nowhere near as bad as a guy who isn’t good enough to play for a summer league nor overseas all year!

  2. Starting 5 is mid. For me what lakers need 2nD ball handler PG( to reduce luka ball pressure and T.O ) luka at Sg, 3nD F( to fill the luka's lack of def), PF and A Legit C who can defend and hassle inside. And bench depth. LeBron is in retirement season his salary can help lakers build a depth starting 5. If lakers want a guide just use the dallas 2024 team

  3. W negative nancy, all i see is hate about them, in reality we all know playoffs where 90% of lakers actually shine. playoffs we get deep in guarantee it

  4. Lakers suck at team building. Y’all don’t wanna hear this, get off bron and trade Luka.
You guys had good draft picked and traded them. Lonzo before major injury, Ingram, kuz, big zu, and etc…

You guys barely play your young guys bc your front office delusional. Keep signing old win now players or getting has beens.

  5. Lakers weren't beating the better teams in the league but when they were rolling this year, either Lebron or Luka were out injured. Austin was playing great and getting everyone involved.

  6. It's been clear for a while that this team is good but there not great and not good enough to win a championship rn. So to me it is what it is. The good news is Luka and AR aren't going nowhere we got our future. 3 first round picks this summer and max cap space plus have a legitimately good owner finally that will probably put together a top 5 front office in NBA which is something we've lacked. I feel really good about this team being a legit contender next season and ideally that includes a legit great starting center like a kessler or Claxton. A legit 3 and d wing like a Watson or Herb jones and a legit 6 man off bench like a Grimes. Need 2 way players and depth put that around Luka and AR and you got yourself a championship caliber team. I feel pretty confident in the ownership this summer as the moves they've been making with new front office personnel have been really good and signal a owner serious about doing what it takes to win.

  7. Luka was so overhyped that lebron traded away AD as if they didn’t win a ring together .just let that sink in

  8. It’s all good, once Silver voids Kawhi’s clippers contract and he decides he wants to stay in LA we’re chilling with Luka, AR, Kawhi, Bron, DA šŸ˜‚

  9. You’re very low on your Luka stock , he’s a top 3 player in the league his defense isn’t not that bad , the team over all sucks and once Bron is gone we will be better

  10. Watch the end of the Magic game again. Bane gets a WIDE OPEN 3 with under a minute and the Lakers up 2. Guess who was guarding him and simply walked away to go stand in the paint (hint….he's the only player on the team over 40 years old).

  11. This roster is ass – Lakers Fan

Btw, would you be able to do a video on potential free agents/trades the lakers could look into this offseason?

  12. Watch the Luka play again at the end. LeBron steps in bounds in between Luka and Rui…..neither of them move to get open, they stand behind the 3pt line (1 point game). Austin goes into the lane where he's held by Carter (two hands) and never tries to break free or draw the official's attention to the hold that lasts the entire 7 seconds. Ayton sets the screen so Luka can get the inbounds pass then STANDS THERE 5' away looking at Doncic while he isn't being guarded by anyone. You say Luka should launch a 30' shot when he's shooting 20% from 3 for the night, but don't notice the rest of the team standing there with no space watching him and waiting for him to take over? Complete clusterfuck….

  13. Lamar Odom called it "accidental offense," and I couldn't agree more. JJ doesn't get creative with the pieces they have and refuses to play the young athletic wings that every other good team seems to play and develop

  14. Lakers are painfully over dependant on luka and they are horribly unbalanced. They had a hot start to the season but have settled into what they are in this current version, slightly above mid and depth wise, god awful.

  15. As a Lakers direhard, I've been unfortunately very checked out for a while. We're not bad, but we're not great. Exceedingly middling. And I don't really see how we can get great until we make some major changes not only to roster construction, but in the long-term we need to become a competent organization again.

As a huge Lebron fan as well, I think his time in LA seems over and I think him amicably leaving over the summer in a sign and trade or something might be ideal.

It's not even that he's a horrible player (For 41, he's unbelievable still) but he's sort of an awkward fit and too slow anymore to be alongside Reaves and Luka.

I don't buy the whole "Luka isn't a player you can win with" or the "Luka is horrible defensively" narratives because they seem like massive recency bias. The defensive thing has been debunked. He's very average defensively, but he's far from the worst in the league.

The "you can't win with Luka" narrative seems really strange when he went to the finals a few years ago. Yes, he lost, but to a generation Celtics team. Many players never arrive there in the first place, and, outside of last year with the Wolves, has been a killer in the playoffs in general.

So, for me, it's really — move on from Lebron, he probably goes home to Cleveland which is fine. And then you build around your two other guys with a far more complimentary roster.

    Easier said than done.

  16. Luka still leads the NBA in turnovers at 4.1 per game compared to 2.1 for Shai, 2.8 for the Ant.

When LebBron and Luka played together, they are LAST in the NBA in point differential.

The slowest defensive trio in the NBA: Luka, Lebron, Reeves.

  17. Luka is inefficient and it’s easy to point to LeBron but you also gotta watch the games. Luka is putting up all time stats until you look at his shot selection and efficiency. You can’t be that type of player on top of being a cone and relying on free throws.

To address AR – bro they not gone win with 2 cones on the perimeter. AR is also inefficient when guarded by an athletic guard Aka Most of the league guards šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļø

Even when Bron leaves and probably go to the Cavs the lakers still gone be trash there’s not even good free agents this offseason.

Nico was wrong for trading Luka but when he plays like this you’re starting to understand šŸ˜‚šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™‚ļøimma give the lakers one year post LeBron being moved to get it together and if they still aren’t performing. This gone be Luka last super max potentially unless he change his game.

  18. LeBron is not arguably the best player of all time… you gotta get your head out of his arse… Jordan, Duncan, Russell, Kobe… he would be more "arguably" in the top 20… 4 and 6 in the finals? 3 of those 4 he was the bus rider… come on… don't buy into that media crap… it's all paid off…

  19. I just can’t agree on Rob pelinka era being over. When LeBron most likely leaves that is going to be so much cap freedom and front office freedom to build around Luka. I think then we can reevaluate the lakers front office

  20. LeBron needs to either leave or he can waive his no trade clause need they can trade him 🤷

  21. Sorry but I don’t agree with a lot of this video as a Laker fan. This is a lot of revisionist history and acting like the Laker planned on having Luka all along

  22. It will be amazing if the Lakers hire Nico Harrison. That will guarantee that Luka leaves in 2028 or sooner

  23. Lebron is an EXPERT at hiding himself on defense.

But with Luka and Reeves on the floor there is no hiding.
