They really give the vibe that they are punting this season and looking for next season. Which next year they better properly build around this team or it maybe a long time before we are in the championship picture. Teams that built well and are young OKC, Pistons, Boston, and San Antonio. So build right next year or we may not even have Luka in the long run.
The Lakers were never really together since the beginning of the season. They just need a strong athletic power forward and center that they probably won't get this season.
Lakers are not beating San Antonio the way that they are structured.
My prediction is the lakers will fall out of the playoffs and possibly out of the play in by design…this team was poorly constructed and they don't have any playoff run in their heart….Seems like Lebron was expecting to be moved back to Cleveland for his benefit ……and since that didn't happen , his play and attitude is exactly what we're seeing….The team does not respect JJ they do not play hard for their coach or for the purple and Gold…Time to turn the page………JJ was Bron's podcast buddy who got the coaching job and Bron was expecting a contract extension and trade to Cleveland that did not happen for him ….Yet JJ got an undeserved extension…..so everything right now is focused on " Team James and Clutch" departing quietly in the off season…. My Money says Bron walks and does not give the opportunity for sign and trade….using his no trade to stick to Lakers Nation one last time…..I hope I'm wrong…….I just don't understand how the guy with the highest BB IQ can't figure out how to help this team in other ways…..Are we Done Yet🤕

The minute the FO decided to do nothing before the trade deadline and punt this season is the minute I wanted this season to end coz this squad is going NOWHERE
I've been saying this all season. Look at the usage rate last year of the big three when they were very successful. Then look at the usage rate of the big 3 this year. All your answers are right there. That is the reason why the big 3 isn't working this year, not the made up narratives the media and pdcasters are claiming.
The reason points to Luka and JJ. And the discussion they had about giving Luka full autonomy over the offense.

Don't worry, they'll beat the Warriors, Pelicans and Pacers and the conversation will be the following: Luka should be MVP, 2nd best player in the world, Austin's a max player and Giannis is coming this summer…Yippee
The season is over, i would just sit everyone and develop the young players
Luka needs to get his team mates more involved. Hogging the ball kills team chemistry. I would like to see stats on how many times he is passing to each player.

When you got a bunch of guys that either know they are gone next season mixed in with guys that are thinking they could be gone it all adds up to not much consistent effort. This team is not close to locked in, they are in a trance like state.

The Luka bashing is off the rails. Hopefully starting next year they can build a team around him that complements his skills and plays better team defense. Windhorst just jumping on the ESPN bandwagon of bashing Luka and the Lakers. In my mind, the jury is still out on JJ. If they can get some better pieces next year and still underperform he won't last.
Call me crazy but maybe they should've played bronny vs Allen and Gillespie? He is the only one with enough foot speed to stick with them other than maybe vando.
