Since they make a large number of fouls, they constantly raise the standards of the referees and then beat their opponents the whole game with small fouls that are not called. Denver is gonna beat them this year if Gordon recover in full this year.

You’re saying OKC is just a better team and that Denver collapses without Jokic — but that doesn’t devalue Shai, it actually validates OKC’s development model. This core was built organically through the draft, including Shai, and developed under one system. That’s the exact opposite of the superteam route you’ve criticized LeBron and KD for. So we can’t praise star-carry narratives in one case and then penalize homegrown success in another just to prop up Jokic. If OKC built it the ‘right way’ and Shai is the engine of a 46–15 team with the #1 defense, that’s MVP value — not something to diminish.
