  1. Are you forgetting that the Pistons had the longest losing streak ever just two seasons ago & now have the best record in the league? I'd say that's way more "magical" than the Hornets being the 10 seed in the East again.

  2. Never forget Bill “it’s a fucking fact that scoot Henderson is going to be better than LaMelo Ball” 😭😭

  3. I mean the Clippers had an even better turnaround this year alone, didn't they? Until they Clippered themselves and blew it up.

You maniacs! You blew it up! Damn you all to hell!

  4. Saddest thing about the Hornets, they've existed since 1988 (well yeah they had that dream sequence where they moved / came back, etc.), and they have won a total of 4 playoff series in their ENTIRE history. Like one playoff series win per 10 years. And they have never won a series where it was 4/7 (a few of the old best of 5 wins)

  5. A case can be made for retiring Kemba's number in Charlotte. Better organizations have made weaker choices for number retirements, that's for sure.

  6. If Knüppel wasn’t on the team, “ Boston Bill “, would not even be talking about The Hornets. “ Boston Bill’s “ Motto: IF IT AIN’T WHITE, IT AIN’T RIGHT!

  7. Calm down. Half the league is tanking or injured or both. Any team thats going for it looks legit. See: Celtics, Boston

  8. Those draft picks mean what. You can do that with any team. Clingman done not too much. No one knew SGA was this.

Turnaround is Everyone healthy n a good draft class.

  9. To be fair they took Miller one pick before Scoot Henderson, makes up for missing Clingan.

  10. Its probably only in the forefront of my mind due to being a fan of them, but the pacers started 10-15 last year and looked awful. Then damn near won it all.

No disrespect to the Hornets at all tho, this is super impressive. They went from the team that if your team played them at home on a Tuesday night in the middle of the winter you'd consider turning down free tickets for to this!

  11. Once LaMelo Ball was no longer the face and best player of the franchise, that alone began a trend upward.

  12. Yknow ive been a hornets/bobcats fan since the lockout shortened 7-59 season and ive never felt this feeling before with any team, not even the purple shirt guy team.

I don’t care about missing the playoffs or a lottery pick. I don’t care about anything. This has been the most fun season I’ve ever had in my 14-15 years of being a charlotte fan and I’m just enjoying it.
