  1. It's not a Jokic slump despite his 3pt percentage drop he is still producing offensively like he always has…but without Gordon out there to provide athleticism on defense…Teams are just taking advantage and running past Jokic…Not enough bodies to hide both Jokic and Murray!

  2. Don't disagree with Jason's takes here, but a strange dynamic developed when Jokic returned. While he was out-along with a bunch of other starters and some reserves- the Nuggets role players stepped up in a major way and played both freely and very hard. Peyton Watson was the prime example, but other guys too like Spencer Jones just got after it. Since Jokic has come back it looks like those role players including guys like Cam Johnson are looking to Jokic and Murray to save them. They've become more passive and seem to have lost confidence in their shot. I mean, they've been shooting horribly for weeks now. Very perplexing, especially at this late date in the season.

  3. League has figured “Joker Ball” out he needs to get off the ball get on the post & try to actually protect the rim … Joker flaws never get called out by the Media its crazy actually

  4. It’s crazy that the points that you are making is the same reason I think the lakers should be giving jarred Vanderbilt a much bigger role. Even considering his offensive limitations there is a certain level of athleticism speed and defense you need on the court to win and Vando has a lot of that

  5. I see the excuses for Nikola "best player in the world" Jokic have started already. Shocking.

  6. Jok is starting to find back his rythm, shape, shooting and offensive flows. Yes it took time but like he said its the 1st time that he had a injury like this and he kinda needed to figure it out.
I think the Denvers struggles are more about the coaching and DA's rotations. Yes, there were injuries etc, but all the momentums that the Nuggets had during games were lost because the rotations that DA put and his unwillingness to play players that were good during the injuries stretches

  7. The issue has been Jokic. He's turning the ball over like crazy, he's not doing much on defense and he's shooting 11 3's and making 1-2

  8. Cam Johnson was out during that time too…and returned around the same time….and has actual measurable statistics that prove how bad hes been…
