The struggle in the clutch has been such a disappointment. Back in the early Jokic-Jamal era (pre bubble) they would almost never lose in the clutch. Honestly holding out hope that we can get fully healthy and fix our defensive identity and clutch struggles. But jokic has been bad. His wrist is clearly bothering him and I find that a much larger concern than his knee ever was. He has consistently had wrist issues for a few years now but this is the worst it’s ever been. Sorry for the rant

12:08 imo opinion a lot of this bad play goes on Adelman. He's play Valanciunas way too much in matchups where he is getting demolished. he plays jokic in a 12-6-12-6 rotation and in games like minnesota and okc, those 6 minutes of rest in the 2nd are where the team loses all their momentum and lets the other team go on these insane runs, and his stingy timeout usage doesn't help.

The Jazz strategy every single possession was to put a guard on Jokic and have the guard front him, get low, and reach both arms around behind Jokic’s legs and grab. Every possession. Thats explicitly illegal and I don’t blame Jokic even slightly if he starts flopping after 36 minutes of that
