Bruh we are missing the best g league players
We are not ready to contend. This is year two of a rebuild. Really we should be trying to get a lottery pick. In a stacked draft. This will be one of the most stacked drafts in the last 10-20’years. I hope we are not picking past pick 18-20
They probably let Reese and Sarr go because they expect Chomche to return
If we had a top ten pick in this draft wow. We could get another top tier player. But that’s not happening. And whatever, it’s ok. We can get a good player around 20
It's funny how management can say we still rebuilding, the coach says it, the players half say it but to a lot of the fans the only time is NOW. Rebuilds have always taken time, nothing has changed
Maybe Comche will return?
Could give Boucher another run, though it be toying with him when he off the team again in summer
This team is mediocre at best. Still no quality big men and our pint guards are not up to the challenge. We need to trade Quickley. His contract is a rock around our necks. Shead is going down hill. Our bench is atrocious. This team is a yawner and not worth watching. Bobby has not done much.
Gradey is trash.
The main team needs 3pt shooting. I just hope that Tyson Degenhart is here to stay
The next few draft picks and the roster moves that occur will decide if the rebuild successfully takes hold.
This roster is in the murky middle and a lot of rebuilds get bogged down amidst this stage.
Then the 'rebuild' begins again with another tear down.
I really hope they get the next parts of this right the 1st time.
We had Chris Paul … Why not use him to help train the guards??? We have a guard problem use the UNC!!! FOR F SAKE!!
Doug Sh!t is saying my words –
I've left the message on numerous Raptors socials, and people like JD Flunkis and Sid Sexzer0 to SMARTEN UP! And you know Doug Sh!t is reading 'em, or he would have put these words out long ago before I did …the team goes from lottery team, tanking, to fifth in the East with a few weeks left to playoffs – and all people can do is look at what is going wrong. Every team has something in need of fixing, you can see "problem" in it when you are searching for it, or you can have perspective. Doug Sh!t is wrong though – this team is a good team, its not a great team, nor an elite team. They're not a bad team like D-Sh!t wants to claim. They are one player away from dominating the teams they re losing too – one steady guard who can play make, penetrate, and hit 3's. That's even w/o a proper back-up big. Plus, some growth as a coach from Darko. Development has lightened, time to improve the coaching skills.
ABOUT RJ:
Man, I have pushed for RJ since he arrived – BUT – I now believe he's the one who must go. I still love him, but…
Here's why? This season, he needed to tighten the screws and fine tune his game, he didn't – and he disappears often, you don't even know he is on the court, He should be a SF, but BI is there. The team needs IQ to move to SG (his contract is now worth it – and getting better with the new CBA), and get a solid PG to start. A ball handler, high IQ, penetrates, hits mid's and is a threat deep. They must flip RJ into a PG – think Fox. Brunson would be high end type but you'd have to make a few financial dumps to afford it.

Raptors need frontcourt help but let both Reese (who has started two games for Washington and look decent), and Sarr (Cavs need frontcourt help with Allen's recent knee injury) go to other teams, instead of giving one of them a 10 day contract to see if they could help the team. I guess the Raptors are fine with their injured frontcourt (Barnes – thigh, Mamu – rib, CMB – thumb) going into the stretch part of the season. it would be a shame if the Raptors limp into the playoffs with an injury plagued frontcourt without addressing that need. TJD doesn't even play.
Bobby and Darko's pride is the downfall of this team. They hate to admit that they made a mistake with Boucher. They refuse (so far) to bring him back to bolster the Raptors frontcourt and putrid bench despite the obvious need and fit of Boucher.
