They aren’t getting rid of Ja. They will keep him so that spot will be covered and they can draft a big , he’s about the age of the younger guys and certainly stars are not easy to get. I say there’s a high likelihood Ja and Zack and Jerome and others would be playing if they were in the hunt. It’s not a secret. Joe you are a hater. I applaud the people that support the team no matter what but I have no desire to go to a game with this current team. I canceled my FanDuel subscription and will watch some highlights now and again, but I find it very difficult to watch a game when the best possible outcome is for the team I root for to lose the game.
So for clarity, NOT playing Ja due to injury risk lowering his trade value is better than playing Ja risking him playing well to increase his trade value? Make it make sense….

WHY NOT PLAY HIM NOW … this team is playing very close game against teams they are competing agsinst for the draft lottery spots … he instantly makes this team 10+ points better a game … thus creating more wins and possibilities of even making the 10th spot …
plus he is still (when on the court) on of the best closers in the league
