How about the 'Dreamers' or 'Dream'. I was thinking of what historical event could tie in along with the 41-43% of the ethnic breakdown of the area. Martin Luther King's speech at the Lincoln Memorial in Washington DC in 1963. 'I have a dream…' . Sentimentally I want the 'Bullets' name to return. My 2 cents.
