I honestly feel this is on purpose, I believe they have been working on strategies to combat the double teams on Brunson and getting Kat more into the pick and roll I think they will move differently in the playoffs throwing off teams from what the game plan is during the season. Teams have been using the same game plan the pistons used all season. It’s just my opinion and I believe Mike brown is too good of a head coach to just do the same thing as thibs knowing it won’t cut it.

This is NOT what a championship caliber team looks like going into the playoffs…let’s be real
People that think the Knicks are fine don’t see this team’s flaws. Knicks don’t have that same dog mentality of last season. The starters seems to be down 10 points after every first quarter looking for the bench to bail them out. I don’t trust Coach Brown’s defensive philosophy. Too many Knicks fans are over confident. Last year’s playoff success does not equal this year’s playoff.

Hornets play Knicks again last game of reg season. Season series isn’t over.
Knicks weaknesses : Big guards and athletic wings.
Kolek needs more mins. He's a better facilitator than brunson.
All these so called Knick fans are unreasonably worried about facing these teams with guys who have little to no playoff experience. Our roster has a combined total of 461 games played in the playoffs. Plus Mike Brown as assistant coach, contributed to four NBA titles, once with San Antonio (2003) and three times with Golden State (2017, 2018, 2022), including a perfect 12-0 postseason run as interim head coach in 2017 so that tells you he has had plenty of experience I'm not worried about nothing.
This is a description of a superstar. Jaylen Brown and how he carried the Celtics to where they are at presently. Knicks don't have a superstar, be serious, JB is a scorer not a superstar. JB will not be able to carry the Knicks through the playoffs. They have only one player who can consistently create his own shot. No patience is the on going problem with this team. They love a 'quick fix' and they always aquire some other teams developed players, that eventually leads to nothing.
I know im bearin a dead horse complainin bout alvarado's lack of production.. but it goes betond that.. the ONE THING that stephen a smith and i agree on in his reaponese to josh hart is… we are NOT as good as our record and ranking suggests, especially with the way the young hingrier teams have started to play recently… we started this season with what we thought were realistic expectations of us in the finals.. now im scared to think what if we see the hornets in the 1st round or anyone that plays young and fast kike them… went from excited to very skeptical about what happens in the beginning of the playoffs… 🙄🤷♂️🤞

That was just an average everyday shooting night for the hornets. When theyre on they will drop 25 3s on you.
All you have to do is count how many win-loss the hornets had after their starters came back from injuries, which was January, then you'll find out why you lost to the Hornets
