18:33 This season does fall on the players I believe they stop believing in coach which is understandable BUT Doesnāt excuse effort pride that isnāt understandable.
Paolos attitude this whole year is such a big reason I continuously say heās not the leader or superstar of this team that fans seem to think he is. I just donāt get what it is that make people think heās some transcending player.
Stop giving Mosley an out. Please people say āthe scheme doesnāt fitā no there isnāt one. They literally have no plan offensively.

Jonathan I totally disagree with you. Mosley should and will get firedā¦ but to say itās not heās fault because players are not giving 100% on Defense itās not true. Other than relying on heās players playing hard he SUCKS at making adjustments and making simple plays on the offensive end.
Thatās all im going to say because itās laughable how bad he is at his job. He was good when this team didnāt have championships expectationsā¦ move on.

Kevin did you miss the complete meltdown the second half of last season? There was a stretch where we went 2-11 and lost 5 consecutive home games in a row (including back-to-back losses to the Raptors). The signs were all there that this team had coaching, motivation, and skills problems.
More "want to" is not the answer Jonathan, you sound like Mosley. Playing hard every night for 48 minutes is exhausting, no team in the league can do that. What we actually need is better scoring talent that can keep the scoreboard ticking along to overcome the inevitable drops in energy.
Making effort and energy the foundation of your team is an unsustainable way to operate, scoring talent is far more important.

What happened? When Mosely told the team they weren't good enough by changing the team focus Day 1 this year, he unintentionally trashed their past identity. Their personnel is not quick enough, athletic enough, to play speed up ball 48 minutes. Coach's response – they need more effort. Over time you lose the locker room recognizing your Coach has no answers except droning repetition. Like telling the old time Pistons they shouldn't play mean, just speed it up.

I try not to let sports affect my real life and 99% of the time Iām successful. But something I HATE in any area of life is quitting without trying when things get tough. Watching them quit has actually made me angry

Unfortunately us Magic fans could be the Fools by believing Franz would change anything.. the True biggest Fool though is Jeff Weltman and his inability to make this team better, relying on Hope.. Hope isn't a business Strategy yet that has been his philosophy for 3+ years now.
19:25 Paolo did not like the new runnjng offense from early on and he was critical of it when they weren't winning decisively. That was the catalyst to me for this checked-out season. No buy-in, up and down, no grit.

Every player itās following the leader to play like this and you all know who Iām talking about,the last 2 years we were playing great basketball,with the addition of Bane supposed to be a lot better but this guy wants the coach out for some reason,you have to be blind to not see it,heās been a great director of the orquesta!! And he looks like he wonāt kill a mosquito!! We have to fire the coach š¤·š»āāļø but what we going to do with the guy when he donāt like the next coach? Itās so sad that we are going true this,I hate Divas I hope this guy donāt become one!!!

the offense is a mess and thats what happens when u have no pg and suggs is not a pg,
Paolo gets the ball at the top of the key half the possessions and hes a terrible ball handler. Our center and power forward get the ball at the top of the key way too often. Idk if that's coaching schemes or player shortcomings. Take Paolo, Goga, Mosley, both Carters and our next draft pick (probably 2040) and gimme Giannisš¤š

At some point we have to call it what it is. P5 from his rookie season until now has mainly been a lackluster player on defense.
How can we have an identity of defense when our franchise player isn't him?
We dont want to admit the obvious 4 years in.
Either change our identity to match player or change the player to match the intended identity.

I'm sorry Kevin, but saying Weltman got all the big stuff right doesn't absolve him. Picking at the top of the draft as president is the easy part. It's what you do when the decision isn't obvious that shows how good truly are.
How many fumbled picks, no picks, trades, no trades, asset loss, contracts and so on can we point too to show that he's not just this one trick pony who found a diamond in the rough in Giannis?
He absolutely needs to go and shouldn't be extended this season.

The team has no consistent offensive system, the defense fell off, and young players look lost thatās not effort, thatās structure. And structure comes from the coach.
Players execute, but coaches set everything up. Right now, that setup is failing. And you guys need to stop being delusional.
The majority of this is on Coach Mosley. Heās been making the same mistakes for multiple seasons now, and Iāve been calling it out. Instead of addressing the facts, you guys called me stupid and dumb on your live streams which isnāt true. Iām backing up what Iām saying with actual facts.šØ
Jonathan I agree with u but all that is a lack of leadership..if Paolo got the group together to go to front office we wouldnt have the coaching problems we have now but really I don't think Paolo will never b that kind of leader like kd isn't management needs to sign a dawg who will hold everyone accountable someone like a Russell Westbrook even ifs it's only for a yr r to..I don't think Paolo knows the standards of being a real leader cause we never put one around him
Yall realize even if this team bought in defensively itās not like there were gonna hold a team to under 87 pts against the raptors or under 101 against Atlanta the team needs to be able to score to win
I think you guys are dead on except for on Weltman. We are in year nine fellas. What gives you any confidence he has an answer to fix this roster? JI has no value. WCJ is garbage. We still donāt have shooting! We have literally 3/4 keepers. Weāve missed on so many dudes over the years; taking Jett Howard over Keyonte George being the most recent. Heās been average. You donāt win āships with average
Iāve said this for a while but ever since that piston lost last year where Ivey got hurt and the out heart and bullied us after he got hurt they gave the league a way to beat us play harder
