   I’m going to say something that I’ve not agreed with. I think the heat should avoid the playoffs for this year. Get a solid draft pick that can complement what you have in this young group of players. Ware, Jamie, Kas, and Pelle are very capable! Ware should be a full time starter but that’s a story for another day. I’m also becoming a fan of letting both Norman and Tyler walk this offseason too.
   1. Norman is 32 years old and has a bunch of nagging injuries. He had a great first half of the season and truth be told I should’ve been moved at the deadline.
   2. Tyler is pure scorer but is a very limited basketball player. He missed more than half of the year and truth be told his game just doesn’t translate to winning. If he wants a max deal then you can’t sign him to that.
   Last point don’t want to talk your head off. This team doesn’t need a Giannias. As great as he is he’s not worth giving up the farm for. There’s a deal out there (Zion or Ja Morant) that you wouldn’t have to give up much for. Talented guys who are in the fringe that deserve a change of scenery. Who does the best with disgruntled stars?? You got your answer.
