Spurs comported themselves well, although I did catch glimpses of the inexperience. Still, to lose by just a bucket in OT on enemy turf? Overall, encouraging. (But it still hurts.)
Ball gets released a few millimeters to the left on Wemby's shot at the end of regulation, and now we'd be talking about a Spurs dynasty 😁😂. Game was a toss up. If there was ever a good loss, this was it
Looking forward to the Spurs at HOME…against Philly who is trying to get in the playoffs! Spurs need to get back into the W column..and get that losing stink out of their mouths! But in all honesty….Spurs really need to accomplish 2 more things this regular season…#1..Still try for that #1 seed. OKC plays in LA their next 2 games against the Lakers and Clippers…both of whom are trying…IF OKC loses just 1 of those games ..then it really does seem possible…because they have to play in Denver and then finish the year against the SUNS…who just may need that game to lock up #7. Bottom line….Spurs need to try hard until it's official with OKC for that #1 spot! Also..our magic number with the Pistons is 2! Anyone who has seen the Pistons play..KNOW..that they can come out of the EAST! Spurs would certainly want Homecourt in that NBA Finals against the PISTONS…Bottom line…let's go SPURS!!! Still…lots to play for..before you even think about shiutting it down at the very end!
