Jamal you were right. The Jaden Ivey situation was the final nail in the coffin for AK and Eversly. I really didn't think ownership would pull the trigger on this.
Its gonna be myers. You can say he was lucky if you want but he was the product of 4 or 5 chips with GS. Hes gonna get a chance to replicate it
If not for Ivey, we would still be throwing away assets and collecting garbage.
Only downside is this likely means another 2-3 years min of leeway for BD. Hoping the new GM demands to be able to hire his own coach.

I've of course read it was the Ivey thing, but I feel like Coby and Ayo, the two successful players we had, being traded for fucking chips and no dip hung them. Panic trades that could have left us in no-mans land.
AKME gambled hard with their roster overhaul when they started… They traded away every single first round pick they should getting Vuc Ball and DeRozan… And the wheels fell off quickly… Hopefully whomever takes over for them, can do something with the 200 second round picks AKME accumulated
