Wemby defense is bogus. Because the league only have 3-4 elite big men wemby looks better than he actually is. Wemby is average defender against the few elite bigs. Another thing Wemby will be the first player in history to be on a lifetime min restriction because he is a walking injury liability being 7’4. Castle might be franchise player in the future.
Jokic is such an overrated player. He stat chase and it doesn’t impact winning unless Murray is balling. He was eliminated the last few years early because he doesn’t play good defense. Wemby is in his third year, what was Joker in his third year, not even close. Wemby was winded due to the altitude, he dominated Joker last year and in that game, It’s funny how no one talks about how weak Jokic is that he doesn’t guard elite bigs, like Embiid or Wemby. It’s always someone else. Bc he would be in foul trouble.

Why is everyone using Wemby having a good game offensively, to defend his defense? He got fried, him scoring on the other end doesn't change that.

Its crickets because the NBA narrative. Jokic leads the league in rebounds and assists (1st time its been done in history) leads in double doubles and triple-doubles all while missing 16 games. SGA leads zero statistical categories and is barely average in others. The NBA has you ignoring elite stats across several categories for a guy who is just an elite scorer. Jokic has 54 double doubles SGA has 7. Jokic has 33 triple-doubles SGA has 0. I hear all this pissing and moaning about the 65 game rule yet you are willing to penalize Jokic due to team success on team decimated by injury this year.
