I've been checking sports news hoping to hear that Mosley got fired. That's how much or how bad I want this. I hope they don't make me wait until our season's over.
Honestly at this point, I don’t even want the magic to make the playoffs, purely because they don’t deserve it. I know we don’t have a pick this year, but I rather this be some wake up call for the franchise whether that be a coaching change or player(s) change so be it. If we’re just gonna rush our players to get healthy and not be 100% for the play in games, why? We already saw how that went with Franz in Germany. No point in being so short sighted and just getting an early exit playoff first round loss if we were to win in play in, because we’re not learning anything from it, we’re not a so called young team anymore.
Our organization is stupid for allowing this to even happen. Jeff and the coach should be fired now.
For some reason, I truly believe we're going to get the 8th seed and upset the Pistons in the 1st round. Just a feeling
Honestly I think it is a blessing is disguise that the team at the 10th seed right and doing horrible. I think this will expose the front office, coaching staff, and training staff. My main thing is that Weltman and his staff need to walk this season and a new elite front office needs to be brought in!!! Weltman will not help this team win at a high level!! How are we not convinced Weltman needs to be out after this season?
The Laker game didn’t break me, the Pacers game did. Losing to a team that was on a franchise record 16 game losing streak hurt my soul. I’m watching the rest of the games on tv & selling my home tickets. I can’t mentally get excited to get dress, park, & sit in my seat to watch that, then drive back home annoyed. I need a break
You guys do realize that Weltman is one of the longest serving FO leaders in the league, right? Almost 10 years in the job with nothing more than first round exits, and you're happy to extend his contract in the summer? Every other GM in the job that long has either won their team a championship or gone to the conference finals or finals.
I don't see how he isn't accountable here, he's hung on to Mosley for dear life and has repeatedly failed to improve the team around the margins.
Jonathan pointed to roster construction – we might like the starting 5 as players individuals but that isn't a well built team. And those guys are earning so much money that it's really hard to have the depth we need.

This season is my worst season and I’ve been a fan 30 years it’s like we went out our way to fail at every level and metric we can’t even afford to tank this season….. at this point I’m not sure coach Mose firing is enough….
I don’t believe in hiring a coach you don’t plan to win it all with I don’t think Mose look at him self and thought I’m just here to get them to the top but not stand with them
We still have no idea how good our core 6-8 guys can be… they have never had a chance to gain chemistry
After the last few years, Mose earned the opportunity to try and fail. FO invested in roster and coaching staff this year but jumping from two first round exits to the ECF, while a noble goal, is a bit unrealistic. Super disappointing year but not completely off track for long term goals. Build around 5, 22 and 3 with a new coach next season.

40:56 excatly that, I was at the game and before it even started Paolo was sitting on the bench where the OTHER team was shooting around, sat there for 5 mins , didn’t talk to anyone , got up , stood for the anthem , started the game. Not one word to anyone. That says everything
FO needs to go. I believe they're contract is up this summer, do we really want another situation where we let an FO who's on the hot seat a chance to further screw the franchise by making an even worse move like Henny? They already dont have a good track record and has lost us enough in asset management they dont deserve any more time, its obvious they're not respected across the league that they can't even get a good deal done in a trade deadline that saw Sexton, Simons, Keon Ellis, Schroeder, Coby White, Trae Young, Harden all move for next to nothing and we stood pat (3 years in a row). Then Cam Thomas was right there for pick up and we choose Jevon instead when scoring has been our biggest problem.. nah I'm good, seen enough, they don't deserve anymore time to self sabotage this organization.
If we lose by 20 tonight, cancel the season
