J.J. has to be careful with the public criticism of players. They hate that. Private criticism is the way NBA players prefer to be dealt with. Never call them out in postgames.

What’s really happening here? Is it Reddick? Luka and AR out. I’ve seen LeBron say many times in interviews that Luka is the head of the snake and he’s just following playing his role, which is true, but for him to say it several times, kind of seems like he’s taking no responsibility in the success or defeat of the team this season. Like he doesn’t want leadership responsibilities and he’ll be gone after the season ends anyway and he’s just doing a job at a company he no longer cares about. This is Reddick’s problem. I think LeBron is enjoying the collapse of the team.
