We traded players who embodies heat culture thinking we could cultivate another from the remaining ones.
Good. Lose all remaining games so our draft stock improves. It's clear the players tuned out Spo, and just want the season to be over. If I were Ware and Herro, why bust my arse when the Heat are doing their best to trade me for Giannis (no thanks to Shams)

Every team below us in the East is full-on tanking. We are last place among teams that are trying. This comes 1 year after the most lopsided playoff loss in NBA history. Massive change is needed.
Were stuck in Mediocrity they won't make the moves that need to be made like offloading Bam and Tyler for Draft picks. We need to hit the reset button completely!

The "solutions" and how to "figure it out" is via drastic roster changes… This won't happen in-house. Keep running this team back & play-in purgatory or complete disqualification are where they will remain. There are too many things that have to fall our way to maintain a lead, let alone win games. You will NOT be a good team like that.
The 2023 finals run has been a curse as much as it's been great to witness. The 2023 offseason marked the downfall of this roster, and it's been a free-fall ever since.
Spo is also part of the problem in some ways. He coaches on a nepotism-based approach rather than a merit-based one and continues to play lineups that have failed miserably. It's common sense to know that when something isn't working, then STOP DOING IT. Likewise, this obsession with playing garden-gnome and hobbit ball is ASKING to fail. Every team that is elite has length and height. Those are NON-NEGOTIABLE if you want your identity to be defense.
This is a bad team since Jimmy left…Spo is the reason this team overachieved record wise
All the other less talented teams we had had Heat Culture, on this team Heat Culture doesn't exist.

This team is mentally checked out, Bam, Pelle, Gardner shoving the Raptors players out of frustration, Powell making foul baiting shots, no effort on defense at all, not even Giannis can save them.
They have a few seasons to fix completely this team before thinking about playoffs or a championship.
76ers would be another team without a positive outlook for next season. They are an abomination relative to their talent on paper.
