It's crazy how much of a difference a few months can make……Dunc went from the new guy & all the awkwardness that comes with trying to find his place in a situation where he was replacing a respected & loved member of the team in Beasley, to being a central & beloved member of the family in that locker room like he had been there all along. His leadership has been huge for the growth that this team has made this season from last & while he didn't make as many 3's as Beasley, I would argue that he was actually more impactful in other ways that don't necessarily show up on the box score.
