  1. ppl bought themselves into the narrative that pods is a bad player . from the start i always new he was good just with a few flaws sometimes the 3 ball don sink and sometimes too many turnovers tho it is clear that he has always been a good player just not taking a bigger role pods kris and gui have been the once holding the warriors where they are . tho they have lost alot they were not all blow out games most of them were trailing losses . tho a loss is a loss regardless#

  2. BP feels to be a product of the situation. I remember he first broke the rotation on the Timberwolves game where Klay and Dray were thrown out and some how managed to keep the Warriors in it till late in the game. How many mid 1st round picks could have the confidence to step into that situation and deliver after barely being in the rotation. His confidence is both his advantage and his downfall.

His current game is not enough to be a 1st option, but he was never meant to be. He got minutes because he was a good complimentary piece beside Curry, Buttler and Green, when the 3 are together or when they are on the floor individually. He has many holes in his game, but he also has many usable skills that make him valuable alongside the stars.

This 20 game stretch exposed some his biggest flaws but he's also made visible improvements along the way. By the time Curry comes back, he should be an even better complimentary piece next to him; by the time Curry retires, who knows where his game will be. In the meantime, he's a player on a rookie scale contract for another year, helping keep the salary cap manageable. For those yelling to trade him, what the hell do you all expect to trade him for on a rookie contract?

  3. They're just too injured right now. He's forced to do his best Curry impression , because they just don't have the depth right now.

Once Curry comes back , Jimmy is back , hopefully KP is healthy – Podz will just go back to being a role player.

I don't think it's really that complicated. He's just got too much on his plate right now.

  4. Podz is a really good role player whether starting or off the bench. Podz doesn't seem like he will be that guy though. Podz is in a rough position having to fill in for someone in the GOAT conversation.

I thought the narrator was going to blame Podz for Moody's injury too.

  5. Go shave off that fking popcorn poodle hair and get off that high heels he's in.

Remove that fking smirky smile and he will be good

  6. This video was pretty fair to be honest… The only context that I'd add is that it's strange to say that he takes too many shots (especially considering that his efficiency isn't awful) in the same video that you show that 6 dudes (mainly G-Leaguers and Seth) combined for zero points (surely, we didn't want those guys taking the excess 3 or 4 shots). Also, maybe we remember that this is a 3rd year 19th pick that doesn't even have a grown man's Divincenzo type body yet… the truth is that he exceeds the 3.5mil price tag he comes with, plays within the system, is the only guy for the past coupla years that could kinda play backup PG mins (Or start when Steph's out). People need to chill.

  7. Dubs are lucky to be in the playins without SC and Jimmy. They are where they're supposed to be.

  8. He is a stat hunter only cares about plus / minus if you watch he always pushes his own play from behind just to get a rebound to pad his stats

  9. Pods needs to pass the damn ball! To
Many times Porzingis was wide open and pods took a tough shot instead of

  10. 1:34 yea this is the 3rd time Podz looks off a wide open Porzingas, I'm telling yall their is chemistry issues in the lockerroom

  11. with or without steph, it dont matter so long the strategy is just about Loser Kerr's 3-ball, no 2-way fast bigs. Brandon wont amount to much. the rest wont matter. Basketball is about a team (starters and bench) play, not just about Steph.

  12. DubNation is going to have to accept that Podz is there future franchise player once Steph retires lol. Lets be real. No young guy on the Team has ever gotten this much lead way, minutes, responsibilities, & trust from Kerr before. This Team will be Podz once Steph hangs it up. So DubNation gotta rep that Podz Jersey with pride 😂

  13. He sucks warriors suck Kerr sucks lung cancer green sucks no more rings Steph 😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆😆🥂👨‍🦳👺🤬💩🐕🦝👎🤡 podzs 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩

  14. I’ve advocated for keeping podz when he was a secondary ball handler and decision maker and he’s even gotten bad at that. we definitely should have shipped him and jk for Lauri and got a decent 3&D wing

  15. You guys are jokers. Hilarious how much you hate podziemski and call him a selfish player, then praise JK and whine about Steve Kerr ruining the team

  16. Warriors are trash pods is trash idek why i wasted 5mins of my life watching this smh oh yeah fire mike dunleavy jr he has zero clue wat he's doing 💯

  17. He's a 19 pick. No one picked at 19 is a star in the NBA. The guy is judged like he was picked 4th in the draft lol. He's a solid rotation player and that's fine considering he was essentially drafted in the third bottom tier of the 1st round. There was no one drafted after him that is better than him and a number of guys drafted before him that are worse players.

  18. The problem for Brandin is he is a confident white player. Y’all like confidence from a brown or black athlete but if a white athlete does it he’s too cocky or too arrogant. Brandin solid by ALL ACCOUNTS as a just turned 23 year old in the NBA. The hate for him is just accepted racism. He’s going to have a good career despite his own fanbase hating him.

  19. The warriors have made the stupidest roster moves in the league. Butler is not worth 50 mil. Not worth 20 mil. What a scam. Kuminga could wax Butler.

  20. Aside from Kerr needing to go (or learning hoe to coach differently), thr only other thing I see is Greene needs to come off thr bench (but preferably waved).

    Thoughts?

  21. It's not that pods is the best player on the Warriors. He's the one with the most favoritism. In other words, he's the teacher's pet. He's the favorite student. He's the favorite child. That's why Steve Kerr seems to play him way more than people who are better than him.

  22. Pods is like Dunleavy. Dun was a #3 who never ought to have been selected that high. The team is getting all the rancor of the ol’ W’s as well. Time for a celebration of Mugsy Bogues night at the arena. Trade away Post for the husk of Troy Murphy, and we can talk about what the Warriors are emerging to become.

  23. Swish, you have just made a great case showing Podz is an average player. I agree. This even highlights why Steve Kerr is the main problem for the Warriors and is responsible for wasting Steph’s championship years.

Simply stated, it is Kerr’s love for Podz that has placed him, and the team, in a no win situation.

This team has proven that the talent is available as demonstrated through the wins that you have shown. It is safe to assume that talent is not the problem. Instead the problem is not placing them in a position to reach their full potential.

Everything you have pointed out high lights Steve Kerr’s greatest weaknesses:

Starting lineups, player rotations, mixing talents, and player evaluations.

All of this does not say that he is a bad coach and what he sees is not correct. Instead, it boils down to an incorrect time out, or asking a good player to do things that they can't.

By playing Podz more time than any other player, and making him a center piece of every rotation is clearly not the player that everyone sees, and is not the kind of player you can depend on because of his defensive liabilities and his skill sets.

Podz is like the 3 guard and small ball lineups that Kerr will always go to, no matter who is available, and no matter if the game situation demand another approach with taller and more athletic players. Obviously Kerr refuses to see the data in regards to small ball, or he is seeing something else in his mind.

It is also clear that Steve Kerr does not hold Podz to the same standards as everyone else on the team, even when the results equal a loss. When you put these things together, Steve Kerr has created a monster in Podz, and a situation that Podz can't change or improve.

Like wise, when you put it all together, your overall win/loss record does not change, no matter who is available.
