3-5 years of 20-25 wins is the priority for the kings to truly become a contender again

Denver waives DeRozen and Valacunius for the cap space. Sacramnto waives and stretches LaVine to stay under 2nd tier if he opts in.

some franchises dont have high enough aspirations to make the playoffs or be competitive. some are content to merely be profitable and carry on as usual. sac is one such franchise. don't expect more than that.
