What took the Bucks so long to fire Doc? Adrian Griffin had them winning and he was running dumb stuff. 30-13 and dropped to the third worst defense in the league. Maybe the front office doesn't know what they are doing. Maybe the players liked not playing so hard on defense and still winning.

Doc Rivers decided to leave because the organization is currently a toxic environment from what I have heard. The Bucks organization is a current mess with Giannis not having a good team around him and Doc doing most of the work. Maybe he thought that he was gonna get fired. I don’t know.
