John Paxson is a powerful voice in the Chicago Bulls’ search for a new GM

On this episode of Dan Bernstein Unfiltered, Dan dives deeper into the Chicago Bulls’ ongoing search for their next General Manager or Head of Basketball Operations — and one familiar name who is helping Michael Reinsdorf lead the search could spark strong reactions from Bulls fans: John Paxson.

0:00 Chicago Bulls – John Paxson
37:47 The Masters – Rory McIlroy
48:19 Noah Schultz – Chicago White Sox
52:50 John Smoltz – MLB on FOX
1:01:00 Phil Garner
1:04:30 DBU Picks

Golf fans got all the drama they could ask for at The Masters, as Rory McIlroy delivered a historic performance to join the rare club of back-to-back Green Jacket winners.
On the South Side, the White Sox turn the page to a new chapter as top prospect Noah Schultz is set to make his MLB debut tomorrow against the Tampa Bay Rays.
We wrap things up with more from FOX’s lead MLB analyst John Smoltz, who delivers what might be his most questionable comment yet — and that’s saying something given the recent track record.
Plus, another edition of DBU Picks, this time with an NBA Playoffs twist.

  1. I don't get this. What does Paxson DO all day? Does he have an office? Just WTF does he DO? I see no evidence of ANYTHING going well for them. HOW can Paxson defend ANY of his "advice" ? He's an advisor right? Did he advise extending P Will ? Did Paxson advise them to retain AK and the embarassing Jim Boylan? 😮
