I don't think they are locked in to pick 15 yet, because it depends on record of teams who make it to the playoffs. If Warriors make it to the 8th seed, they would have a worse record then the Blazers and push Blazers to 16th. If Clippers win, there would be a tie breaker for 15/16th. If Suns win, it's 15th.
Cam Boozer has the same limitations as his daddy, can’t jump over a piece of paper, really struggled against long athletic players like Lamar Odom, Kenyon Martin. Cam has the same player profile in my eyes
