Derrick White: Shots Didn’t Go in This Season | Celtics Practice Interview
Derrick White spoke to the media after practice prior to the teams round one playoff matchup. White was asked about on his shooting struggles on the season: “The biggest reason is I didn’t make shots. That’s probably the simplest answer. Everybody starts 0/0 (in the playoffs). It’s an opportunity for me to hopefully turn things around.”
White was also asked about getting DPOY love, votes this year: “We have a lot of guys that made me look good. So if I get some votes, that’s cool, but I’m not really focused on it.”

what a humble guy.. can't find too many like him, dwhite is such a phenomenal shot blocker as a guard; marcus smart deserved dpoy few years back for different approach, derrick's plus/minus of +600pts means he must be doing something good on both ends, has my vote
