Purposely tripping a player to prevent him from getting back on defence is a cheap move.
On top of that it’s not the first time Lamello Ball tripped Bam.
Lamello reminds me of Grayson Allen when he used to play for Duke. He was notorious in college for sticking out his leg and tripping opponents. He got reprimanded by the NCAA and his own team (Duke) suspended him indefinitely after he tripped an opponent; That was his third tripping incident that same year.
Miami had 9 fouls called on them. Charlotte had 21 fouls called. The point is the "serious" basketball team lost. Spolstra is whining, but Lamelo is winning.
The Hornets joined the league the same season as Miami, and they have yet to make it to a conference final. Thirty-eight seasons.
