Spurs beat Portland in 6 games. The spurs get surprised in game 1 loss. But then pick up game 3 in Portland

Hey Rich! Carlos here. Finally after 6 years i have something to root for after April hehe. As far as this matchup goes, Spurs are the better team. The team has limited exp i even see this from various social media channels but NBA has gone different. Its not about exp anymore, other elements have entered into the foray—talent, positioning of seeds, scoring explosions. These elements I have the Spurs ahead. San Antonio in 5.

The blazers will keep it close in the first half. In the 2nd half the Spurs will show their dominance. I have the Spurs sweeping the Blazers, but blazer's keeping it competitive in the first half of each game. The final game will be a blowout. On paper, this is an interesting matchup. Blazers have multiple good defenders to throw at our guards ( jrue, camara, thybulle and their other guards are no slouches when they try defensively), and at Wemby if they want to throw a shorter defender at him. Clingan is large enough to at least bother Wemby and he can hit his threes to keep Victor out of the paint.
On the other hand, Portland are 23rd or something in 3pt FG% and their star player relies on finessing and powering himself into the paint to initiate the offense and draw fouls. Wemby takes all of that away, unless Portland plays small ball or Clingan goes crazy from three.
If I was a betting man ( too smart for that 😁) , I'd bet on Spurs in Five.
