How do you trade a superstar when no superstar wants to come play in that city?
Think about what it takes for a superstar to live in Memphis and protect their family at the same time
Private security 24 hours a day a wall around your compound your wife can’t go to the grocery store. Your children have to go to private school even if you don’t want them to why would any superstar with a brain moved to Memphis?
