I like Perry. He has a long track record of assessing talent. I have ZERO faith in Vivek to get out of the way and stop meddling though
First Scott seems like a very kind man. Being honest goes without saying let’s get down to it. Why does the media including this channel never ask the tough questions? Every question is pat on the back, this a 22-60 team and every position needs to be held accountable. So I would have asked besides his resume why did you decide to sign Russell Westbrook when you had a plethora of guards and one that can do EVERYTHING RUSS can do at 9 years younger, Malik Monk? What made you interested in Schroder who besides Atlanta did last longer than a year and you paid 15/mill a yr?
Now I like the Maxime pick at 42 he was best rated big at that time, which i commented good pick why at 24 made you ignore a prospect like rasheer Fleming a combo forward 3 yr gradual growth with a 7’4 wingspan and 21 but you decided to go with an older 23/yo player from a weaker conference Nique?
Lastly you mentioned non contending teams should be apron teams so how do you intend to cut that salary?
You guys need a guy who asked the tough questions! I want to see this basketball team succeed and this isn’t high school it’s professional sports A RESULTS BASED LEAGUE!
I feel Scott is the guy to not take any crap from Vivek and I hope I’m right. Scott has a track record, he’s been in the league a long time and he ain’t gonna take nonsense.

Honestly, outside of the Schroder signing, I would give Perry an A- for this season.
Rookie class, player development and finding replacements for this roster after the injuries hit was excellent work.
English= next year, 23 wins, and more rebuilding 😢
