Last star Pat got without Wades help was Shaq. Jimmy, Lebron, Bosh, Shaq, even Wade at one point left the organization disgruntled. Literally every star has had issues with how Heat front office run things.
If Pat doesn’t make meaningful moves this offseason, it might be time for him to consider stepping down. A number of star players have left the Heat organization under tense circumstances, and at a certain point, that pattern is hard to ignore. The Way he Did Wade, Bron and Jimmy Butler, he’s the reason why certain stars don’t wanna come here

I beg someone to help the fans to get pat Riley and all brass down to idiots running the show and trade assets for picks and trade picks for rebuilding like Atlanta , okc , everyone else is going to do. They've hit on all their picks. They won the Jimmy trade. They got Norm for nothing. They're a year away from having all their picks.
They've done a fine job following a build on the fly around Jimmy. Anyone who has a problem with the FO either has no patience or don't agree with the concept of not overpaying in trades.
They need to make the playoffs next year so they can be done witn the pick to Charlotte.
If you want a rebuild, you should be rooting for staying relevent enough to be competitive next year, paying Charlotte a pick in the 20s, and having all our options on the table for 2028.
The thing is that Miami is always brought up in trades and free agency, but most of the time it's only for leverage by agents or other teams. The only one we know that really wanted to come here was Dame. Most of the others were probably not real to begin with. If players were really as interested as reported. We would have at least landed someone by now. It's very possible that a lot of players are turned off by how everything is run here. The organization says it all the time. The Heat aren't for everyone.

Tobin says the idea that "no one wants to come to Miami is dumb and not a thing", it's true. 100%. Stars get run out and small scrappy scrubs get rewarded and overpaid.
Kobe fans are as soft as LeBron fans and Bam takes too many 3's especially for a guy who only shoots 31%.
As a die hard Heat fan its undeniable that we need a change. Look at every other franchise in Miami and in the world. We need a change from top to bottom. I love Pat and appreciate him but he has to go. We will continue to be stuck in the sand until that happens. Mark my words!
This video is total BS. Tobin making excuses for Riley. (and I am a fan of Tobin) Brad Stevens had a great coach that stepped out of line and fired him quickly. Brad Stevens was in the 2nd apron and got rid of four key players, and lost Tatum to injury. He got the Celtics bigger, younger and got under the 1st apron in less than a year. Turned his team around. No excuses, however Pat Riley is all about excuses and now has Tobin as part of the Miami Heat media machine carrying Riley's water. Not a good look Brandon.

The Heat made 3 conference finals and 2 NBA finals recently so I wouldn't say the Heat haven't done anything plus what have the teams that traded for Heat targets done, lose before the Conference finals plus the players ask to get traded multiple times.
