8. My biggest question about the Heat is the pace. They were top 5 in pace last year, if not leading the league because they had the (youthful) personnel to do so. Giannis' previous injuries have mostly been to his legs and I'm not saying I'm trying to predict anything, but I am saying this is my biggest question for the team.

9. I see what you’re saying overall. It’s gonna be interesting to see how they work Bam and Giannis from the offensive end but I feel good about where we are compared to the last couple seasons. I think the main problem is definitely the playmaking. Like you said Davion Mitchell is our only real main option in terms of running the point guard position and it’s possible we can use Giannis and Bam for that too, but that’s probably the main thing I question right now. I think the shooting is sufficient enough for right now, but it’s definitely gonna be a work in progress.

   Sidenote: Jimmy was never a superstar of me. Overall, like you said it was mainly offensive explosions from the supporting cast. But Miami is equipped for this type of thing.

22. As a Heat fan I’m accustomed to this team outplaying consensus expectations. Spo is a top 15 coach of all time, and now he has a top 5 player in the league. I worry about the lack of a perimeter shot creator but this team is going to be a lot better than people think

23. the heat are definitely favorites for me to make it out, knicks and celtics got worse while we dont know how 76ers and Raptors will mesh but giannis has never dissapointed when healthy.

26. I think the concerns with depth is a big exaggerated. In playoffs rotations cut down to basically 9. That’s not just the heat, that’s every team. As a heat fan there are concerns. We lack high level one on one shot creation that can bail a possession out. I think the problem with that is also exaggerated. Idt this team needs a Shai but at most a 6th man scorer like clarkson or Lou will type player. You want the ball in Gianni’s hands most of the time anyways and he WILL create shots for other people. Bams development has been iffy but there will be bam post up shot creation as well as Giannis.
