22. I knew you were going to hop on this as soon as i saw quotes on X. They signed young athletic FA. Smart is 33 and was on a Min last season. No one wanted him NO ONE. Now show me why LAL should offer him 9m when most he was able to get is 6m. So what LAL need to pay more for some reason. In such cases i would say to players go on the market and whatever you get there we will match it or give you slightly more. That is fair and i do think LAL WOULD give him 2 for 14
