everyone knows that the thunder wouldve won that series had jdub been back. heck they even might’ve had a chance if ajay wasnt hurt. i dont understand how people consistently put him below jokic and wemby when wemby hasnt even won any accolades yet and sga has proved 2x that hes mvp over jokic
Jokic will never be the best player in the NBA ever again, Shai was much better than him this year. Jokic got outplayed by Rudy gobert and lost to an injured Timberwolves team, no world where he should be above shai let alone the best player in the world.

I don't think it's fair to put people who didn't play or barely played last season in these kind of lists because you are banking on what they "could be" or what they "were" instead of where they are currently otherwise we should then include people like Embiid or AD or MPJ if that's the case. Also you lw snubbed Siakam because he was in great form last season.

dude jokic is definitely the best, BUT since we’re accounting for the playoffs i feel wemby should be ahead by a little bit because of how TRASH denver is in playoffs, but it could go either way. (edit) Also i feel hali is ahead of some of these guys, he just led his team to a finals like two yrs ago and got unlucky, would’ve been a better run than DIRKS.
